This problem happens whenever I enter a place that has doors and windows, or when I turn into a corridor.
The light moves strangely.
I’ve tried to change the light settings, tried to change the window, change the materials, tried to use aligned walls and also tried to merge the walls. Nothing worked. Even without windows, errors occur, the problem being the passage of light through the hole in the wall.
I don’t know if it’s a problem of rendering, of reflection, of the engine itself or purely of the lights.
I just have a few ideas, the first one would be that this is an motion blur issue, try turning this render feature off, and see if it solves the problem. If it is causing the problem you can go from there, and tweak the motion blur to minimize this issue.
My second thought was that this might be an issue with the depth of field, but you don’t seem to use it here, correct me if I’m wrong.
Yes you are right! It’s a motion blur problem.
I will now have to measure how much I should put in order to minimize the effect!
