How to render from a color palette

Hi there, I’ve searched all relevant threads and haven’t really come to a solution as LUT’s aren’t really working out. I’ve got the game downscaling the resolution to 160x144 (Gameboy Color) and I’d like to achieve a similar style using a color palette through post processing if possible. I got it working in unity fairly quickly but unreal has proven to be a challenge. Any point in the right direction would be appreciated!
