I would like to be able to remove these white blurs on surfaces as shown in these pictures, any help would be greatly appreciated
edit the material, remove metallic and/or specular…or add enough roughness

Open the material assigned to the ceiling and the floor and add Constant node with zero value. And connect it to Specular slot.

Adding to this one, if you didn’t want to change your material you can use the Min roughness setting in the point light details panel. This may help as well.
