How to optimize Niagara particle systems for better performance in UE5?

Hi Unreal developers!

I’ve been working with Niagara to create VFX for my UE5 project — things like fire, smoke, and magic spells. They look awesome, but I’ve noticed my framerate drops when a lot of effects are active at once.

Is there a good way to optimize Niagara systems without losing too much visual quality? Would love to hear your tips, settings, or techniques for balancing visuals and performance.
