How to keep PBR textures from 3DS Max to Unreal

Hello, I have some issues when I export a project from 3DS Max to Unreal. I created a building with Revit then in 3DS Max I created and applied some PBR textures. After, in order to do some Architecture visualization with VR I used datasmith to export the 3D model. I imported it into Unreal but everything is grey and I lost my PBR textures. However, when I exported the 3DS file with datasmith an asset folder was created containing meshes. Could you please tell me how to do to keep my PBR textures when I export from 3DS Max to Unreal ?
