How to force TILEMAP to dynamically generate navmesh after SetTile

Hello,

I have question about TILEMAP as dynamic navmesh obstacle.
Navmesh is generated well in editor , but I would like to generate navmesh dynamically after SetTile.
I also call Rebuildcollision on Tilemap but i cant get recast navmesh to generate navmesh from that tile.

Dynamic navmesh generation is working well for my characters.
