How to fix these lightmap artifacts?

Hello everyone!

I am a CGI student and I need some help with lightmaps. I already watched many tutorials and read through the UE4 documentation but nothing helped.

These are my shadows after I baked the light even with the production quality. I used a normal point light and just increased the intensity up to 40 cd.

I made sure that the lightmap density is green.

Does someone has an idea what I did wrong or what I can improve to fix the artifacts. Help or advice is welcome.

You need to up the lightmap resolution of the object the shadow is being cast on, in this case the ground plane.
