How to fix strange shadows and lights?

I had tried to create lighting with BP_Studio Light, but the lights were always ‘‘shimmering’’ as if there was a tree outside where the rays passed, making the light move (like a reflection of light on the wall by a pool or something).
So I decided to create a new scene with just a Directional and a Skylight, and the problem persisted.

The shadows are blinking and the lights are blinking on the wall.

I’ve tried making the walls connected and insulated, I’ve also tried putting a ‘‘black box’’ around it to see if any kind of light was coming in but nothing worked.

When I set the resolution scale to 200% and leave the quality at Cinematic, the problem seems to decrease a little, but it still persists.
As I don’t think such a high scale is mandatory to have a decent shadow I decided to open this topic to try to get some help.

In the video I show the problem and the settings of light / sky light and world settings.

Any idea what could be causing this will help a lot!

[UE 5.2 / Lumen]

Check the lumen debug views under lit, the better the scene is represented in the debug views, the better and more stable it’ll look. Lumen is more unstable in interior spaces, having a lot of direct and indirect light coming from outside can help a bit.

The scene is lit only by outside lights, I was doing some tests with Rect Light, but the problem already existed before I added them.
As for Debug, I don’t really understand how it works, if it’s good, bad, or what I should do to fix it.
I will be putting a video here below of how it sounds.

I haven’t found the complete solution yet, but something that helped A LOT was changing the Anti Aliasing to ‘‘Temporal Super Resolution (TSR)’’.
Changing quality to Cinematic also helps, but it’s not very useful in-game, so if anyone knows a better solution, feel free to share.
