How to fix strange bright aura around objects?

Hello. I have strange problem with objects over my table:


And that thing is happening only with decal actor I’ve download from quixel. But when I’m placing that actor over something else it looks absolutely normal.

I thought the problem is in material of table, but I don’t see anything special in it:

Ps no object in PBR should ever be #FFF, so make sure that isnt the case for the decal too. On top of fixing your specular/roughness.
