Hi Travis,
I’ve moved this post from the ‘International’ section to ‘Rendering’
The speckles you’re seeing is Lumen trying to calculate.
The ‘heavy-handed’ way to fix this would be to disable Lumen. To completely disable Lumen, Set Project Settings → Dynamic Global Illumination Method to ‘None’
Alternatively, Try adding more lights to your scene or in your PostProcessVolume experiment with increasing values in the ‘Lumen Global Illumination’ section.

It’s better once I increase Lumen Global Illumination section, it also cost more GPU.
