How to fix floating lights/lightning artifacts

After fiddling around with the settings for my lightning I got a very weird result: these floating lights around my environment. I don’t remember exactly how it occurred after the settings I changed, but disabling my sky light and directional light did not remove the artifacts.

As you can see below this is what it looks like and I have no idea as to what might have caused this.Every lightmap for the meshes are as they should be, tried changing various settings, lightmass in world settings is unchanged.

Any ideas?

It seems I managed to fix it by changing from static to movable on my lights on the roof
