How to fix broken lighting

Hi! ive started using UE4 3 days ago, ive found a bug thats ruining how my game looks, lighting looks broken in the first screenshot after rebuilding it, on the other hand in the other screenshot with the unbuilt lighting everything looks alot better and how i want it to be, does anyone have a proper answer to this?

You see dynamic lighting before building lights and after building lights the static/baked lighting!
Your lightmap resolutions are too low and this is why you see distorted shadows/lighting information!
