How to find data transfer rate from client to server

Hello,
I am trying to figure out how much data my game would transfer to server on my windows PC without uploading it to a server like AWS Gamelift.
It would really help me to predict data transfer price that I would have to pay as AWS charges somewhere around 0.09 dollar per GB for data transfer for up to 10 TB.

And also it would help me decide whether to use aws or playfab or maybe some other service.

Any kind of help would be appreciated.
