How to convert Nanite to a Simple Mesh?

I would like to convert City Sample buildings with their big geometry down to a single mesh, ideally only with the the outer mesh rendered. The motivation is to use those as scenic background architecture props.

Is there a way?

Iā€™m trying the same thing at the moment. I merged them by selecting the building in the viewport and clicking on Actor>Merge Actors>Merge. That gives me the mesh but most materials are missing. The idea was to import them into Blender, only select the outer faces and delete the rest. Please let me know if you find a solution for the materials. Good luck!
