How long does this error last?

I have applied for the island creator program. I was accepted rather quick, but after 10 minutes my hyperwallet account got deleted and I had to retake the tax profile interview and now the creator portal has been showing this message for more than a day: “* Your tax profile is verified. Our system is preparing your hyperwallet account now. Please check back later.”

Also I can go to settings and I see this:

But when I click “complete it now”, I see this:

Basically nothing, so what do I do?
Just wait?
If so, how long does this last? Cause I right now I’m not allowed to publish maps.

if yes can u please tell me becaus im also waiting for like a weak or more.

I did it since I’m still having this issue for more than a week and I contacted epic games support also a week ago, but no response. Not even one reply. Can you help please?
