How do you make an 8-bit style light?

I’m a newb to the game engine, and I’ve searched this up… (I probably am not using the correct Jargon to search it up, and can’t find an answer.)
But basically, what I want to know is, how would you make a light that’s eight bit? The game I plan on making has a dark environment. The way I want to set up the game is, make a scene in Photoshop and send it to unreal. Then put actors on the picture. But if I did it this way and I added a lightsource, I figured it would look strange. (Also how would you make a torch with the same effect?) (I want to do this with Blue prints, cause I’m also a newbie to C++)
