How do I fix my metal reflections from this noise problem?

I was experimenting with some project render settings in 5.1 and somehow corrupted my metal materials so the metal reflections are now constantly flickering and noisy and look terrible.

I tried many things but failed to fix this—hopefully, an easy fix.

UPDATE
Fixed - I realised in my GlobalPostProcessVolume that the Global Illumination Method and Reflections Method were set to old “Ray Tracing” - changed this to Screen Space
