How can I set up working lighting on android?

Hey, I search this question a lot and I asked it previously but I still don’t know the answer. Can anyone tell me how lighting for mobile games works? I have a basic mobile android game. I want just basic spotlights maybe point lights in my map. When I package project it appears that these lights doesn’t exist in a scene anymore… So how can I make lights that actually work? Please I really need your help. I wouldn’t ask in this group if there was some good documentation on this topic. So how can I set up working lighting on android and also with good performance?
