How can I remove Shadow Artifacts on my Landscape produced by Nanite Tesselation?

Hello,
I’ve tried to look into this problem (see Title) but to no success. Unfortunately I would need to use some sort of Tesselation because i want to displace my terrain via it’s Material.

My project has Lumen GI and reflections enabled and is supporting Hardware Raytracing
