I’m a noob at UE4 and I’m making a tour game like Discovery Tour by Assassin’s Creed Origins.
By the way, I just want to make a animating and lighting navigation that looks like this video.
I heard that I can use a shader or mesh displacement by material but I couldn’t find any tutorials or videos at Google…

if your talking about the line the player follows then i would say maybe try a spline and either a particle system (beam emitter) or a spline mesh. below are some links to get you started.
as a side note: i’ve never played the game you mentioned so i don’t know if theres more to it like limiting the distance the player can go from the line.
