I just started getting this issue in my architecture level.
(The white floor is the right bit, not the grey part of the floor)
It looks like Z fighting, but there are no meshes overlapping with that one, its just a lighting error?
Anyone have a fix?
PS. This error is happening on various meshes as well as the BSP too.
Hey WarLord -
Can you give me a quick rundown of your scene’s setup? What types and placements of lights are you using? From the looks of the error, I would wager that it is a Lightmap resolution issue. As a test, try taking all your lights and changing them to Movable and rebuild the lighting and see if the error fixes itself.
Thank You

Thank you for commenting Eric. All of the lights in this scene are dynamic already, and I have rebuilt lighting many times.
Hey WarLord -
Can you try going into world settings and check true the line “Force No Precomputed lighting” and see if that changes the results of the lighting. If it does not (or if you have already tried this) could you upload a screenshot of your world settings information specifically under Lightmass (including the roll out advanced options) and the Project settings specifically under Rendering.
Thank You

I tried the force no computer lighting and it didnt work.
Here a screenshot of the world and project settings
Hey WarLord -
Is this happening only in a particular area of your map? Or a particular mesh?
Thank You
Eric Ketchum
This is happening all over my level, on what seems to be only upward facing polygons of BSPs and meshes.
I just tried deleting all of my blueprints with lights in them from my scene and that fixed the problem?
Is there anyway to stop it without deleting these lights?
Hey Warlord -
How were the lights setup in your blueprints? Were they Static, Stationary or Movable? In the original scene from your initial question, can you set the Visualization to Lighting Only and Stationary Light Overlap and upload a screenshot of those settings?
Thank You
Eric Ketchum
