I have set all the lights and objects to not cast shadows, but there is still a weird shadow that keeps appearing between two objects.
When I zoom in on my viewport, the shadow disappears, and when I zoom out, it appears again. What is causing this, and how can I remove it? Please, I need help.
that’s called ambient occlusion. not sure why you wanna remove that. hmm

If you want to remove it, you would need to disable Lumen, assuming you have it enabled. Otherwise ambient occlusion is controlled by the post process volume.
Or, you can set your material to “unlit” and perform your own lighting, or leave it completely unlit.

Thank you so much. While trying to follow your advice regarding the Ambient Occlusion, I unexpectedly discovered an issue during the import process. Thanks to that, I was able to resolve the problem.
