HISMC'S are shaded improperly with skylight


  1. Apply the same material to a mesh and a HISMC.

  2. Use a skylight to light the scene

  3. Observe that the HISMC is much darker under many lighting conditions.

EDIT: problem only exists if skylight is set to stationary. If set to movable the problem does not exist. If set to static the skylight will not light anything at all.

Note: this has been observed in many past versions of the engine by me, not specific to 4.15
