Hi! This is first time working with the room lit with candles, and it just feels kinda bland, would like to get some suggestions on setting up more realistic lighting with candle lights.

Candles naturally flicker and are never constant. They also tend to have softer light. In fact, your fireplace should probably emit more light than any individual candle by themselves, and here it looks very dim making the candles look unrealistically bright.
This is a still image but I am assuming your light is not animated. First and foremost you may want a particle system for your candle and have a light that changes intensity at intervals over time.
Next I would emit more light from that fireplace giving the room an ever so slightly more orange hue and really accentuating your light sources.
