Help UE 5.2- Light does not affect My Scene: I used the Regular blank Architecture template

Any Light I place in my level doesn’t seem to affect my world at all. I tried turning off other actors that affect light but nothing. I created new level and placed lighting elements then It works.

I am using manual Exposure and Lumen Global Illumination scene. I have a level sequencer. I used Architecture - Blank as my starting Template.
