Help regarding lighting interior VR scene

hello everyone! What are the best lighting practices for VR interior lighting? i know that the baked lighting is best for interiors, but if i have an interactive scene where everything i touch is interactive and slides away or moves like a chair…in static light this can not be built because it will store data in lighmaps, if i work with dynamic lights it’ll not look high quality realistic scene… how should i approach it? pls help.
