HDRI not emitting light

Hi guys, having an issue with my HDRI not lighting my exterior environment blockout.
I have been browsing some threads and forums to see if anyone fixed the same issue and have tried a bunch of fixes to no avail.
I was following William Fauchers ‘Lighting in UE5 for beginners’ tutorial and not sure what went wrong.

Any help would be very much appreciated!!

Here are some fixes I have tried:

  • Disabled all ray tracing in the project settings (Hardware ray tracing, ray traced shadows, etc)
  • Increased the HDRI size above 500
  • Disabled visible in ray tracing in the HDRI geometry
  • Deleted all other sources of light
  • Disabled Cast Ray Traced Shadows in the HDRI_Projection material
  • Changed the intensity of the HDRI

I think the mesh ( the sky ball ) is casting a shadow. You can disable it in the details in the level.

Thanks for the reply, unfortunately this doesn’t seem to be the issue, appreciate any other fixes you may know

What lighting do you have in the level?
