Either a smoothing issue or a normal maps issue
i changed the model what i smoothed but still the problem what could be the normal map issue ? or should I just make it all over again ?

My guess is that your lightmap has overlapping UV’s.
Try to change the lightmap index of your mesh.
Under Details -> LOD0 -> Build settings enable Generate lightmapUVs and change the source lightmap index to 1.
