Guards assigned to AI Patrol Path Nodes not attacking

I am hoping for some help with a project, I am working on an older project so back in Creative on PS5 as opposed to UEFN.

I am looking to place Guards via the AI Patrol Path Nodes, however, when I do they stop attacking players.

I am confident my Team settings etc are correct as when the Guards are placed to spawn natively there is no issue, they attack players as expected. Once I then take or copy those Guards and assign them a Path number they spawn in but no longer attack any players.

To confirm this, when leaving the alert notification above the Guard’s head for testing, it appears but stays as a white question mark on the Guards on Node Paths (who do not attack) but changes the red exclamation mark as expected on the free spawned Guards that do attack.

Does anybody know if this is a known issue or maybe some basic setting I may have overlooked?
