Grainy ambient occlusion/ shadows in UE5

I recently upgraded my project from UE4 to UE5, and all the shadows look awfully grainy like this. I think it may be the ambient occlusion? This is happening all over my scene, but this tree probably showcases it best. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I -think- we’re just stuck with this for now. I have moving grainy AO!

Yeah, after some more research, I couldn’t find an answer so I just disabled lumen temporarily. Hopefully a fix comes soon!
