Getting map fails for pre-approved Epic tracks that we alreayd used

Summary

I am trying to push a change to a map (that was in Epic’s Picks) that has used the provided Epic music tracks. I have used the same 5 tracks in every release with no issues. Today one of the tracks got flagged and the release failed.

MusicPack_CoralCruiser_BPM_84_LOOP.WAV

I removed the track rather than try to deal with a review. I removed the track from the CUE where it resided and pushed a new release and it got another fail despite it not being in the published map any more.

Steps to Reproduce

none

Expected Result

Pre-approved Epic music tracks should not trigger IP fails and if we remove the tracks they should not show up as being in the published version.

Observed Result

Approved tracks are causing IP fails and removing the audio still triggers fail.

Also, the fails come instantly after submitting. I get the email within a few minutes so this is an automated system.

After a 3rd time it passed. I deleted the audio file from the content browser as well for this try. But why did a track that had passed over 30 releases all of a sudden cause fails???

FORT-984059 has been created and its status is ‘Unconfirmed’. This is now in a queue to be reproduced and confirmed.

This is an old example, but I figured I would comment since it’s the exact same track. Private version 8255-2211-7108 rejected on 1/17/24. I assume it was a false positive from whatever copyright detection system is used for audio files.

That’s good to know. Just frustrating because I used that track for over 30 versions with no issues. Also, disputing the fails are pretty useless as moderation generally does not listen to any of our information or provide any useful feedback. But if this can be fixed it would be great, also it would be good if the fails could be taken off the submissions.
