Getting if PC user is really executing Ray Tracing

As I recently created a RayTracing Benchmark ( Free Simple RayTracing Benchmark (and testers wanted!) - Released Projects - Unreal Engine Forums ), I have discovered that, if users execute it without having the minimun requeriments (drivers 425.31, Windows 1809), they will run the benchmark without really running Ray Tracing technology, so I was wondering if there is a way to detect if Unreal is really executing the technology, or, instead, get the GPU driver version and Windows version of the user.
