Persistent matchmaking issue since June 2024 where all of my maps, regardless of size, take excessively long to load or fail to load entirely with errors, preventing proper testing and publishing.

Steps to Reproduce
Use the island code provided below to load into my game from the Fortnite lobby.
Observe the preparing screen, which often persists for multiple minutes.
Note that sometimes it eventually loads after 5+ minutes, while other times it results in a matchmaking error.
Repeat multiple times, as the bug does not consistently reproduce on the first attempt but is common overall.
(Important: This issue only occurs on my maps and a few other creators’ maps. Publishing your own test map will not reproduce it. Please use the island code provided.)
Expected Result
Players should load into the game within a typical time frame of a few seconds to one minute without encountering matchmaking errors.
Observed Result
The preparing screen persists far longer than expected (often 5 minutes or more) and frequently results in a matchmaking error preventing the game from loading entirely.

This issue has been persistent since June 2024. It affects all of my maps, regardless of size or complexity. Past reports were closed after Epic was unable to reproduce the issue. However, it happens consistently for me and my friends when loading into my maps, rendering testing and publishing extremely difficult. The issue does not happen every time, but it is common overall and occurs about 90% of the time we try to play. This is one of those bugs that should be attempted more than once, as it does not always reproduce on the first attempt. It is significantly impacting my ability to create and share maps as a UEFN creator. Please note that the issue does not reproduce reliably on random maps or test maps published by Epic staff. It specifically affects my maps, so testing must be done using the island code provided.
