Summary
With ‘Use Latest HUD’ island setting enabled, switching weapons will cause frame rate degradation on the player’s client.
Switching equipped weapons once causes minor frame rate loss. Rapidly and repeatedly swapping equipped weapons will cause the FPS to continuously drop. In some cases frame rates of 5 FPS are reached.

- Be playing on an island with ‘Use Latest HUD’ enabled
- Equip at least 2 weapons in your inventory
- Rapidly switch which weapon is equipped
- Observe frame rate degradation
Expected Result
When swapping weapons the player’s frame rate should remain stable.
Observed Result
When swapping weapons the player’s frame rate does not remain stable.
