Summary
In project, some Fortnite props are visible from very long distances.
However, when the player approaches them and enters the spatial loading range, the props suddenly disappear.
The issue becomes more obvious with purchased props (Tycoon gameplay):
Props are visible and work correctly while the player stays nearby
When the player leaves the area and later returns:
The collision is still present
The props are invisible
Happens only in this project. Same props work correctly on a fresh/new map
Affects Fortnite props only (custom assets not affected)
Appears to be a project-level streaming or data layer state corruption
