Summary
After 41.00 sculpting my landscapes hasn’t been updating the foliage to match the new height. Leaving my foliage floating and invalid. Even after closing and reopening the editor.
This problem also exists with new landscapes created after the update in these projects.

Sculpt any landscape with foliage on it.
Expected Result
Foliage snaps to the new height of the landscape it’s attached to
Observed Result
Foliage does not snap to new height and is left floating or buried under the ground
