Flight is not working properly since this last Epic Games update. There is a very bad rubberbanding effect while flying.

Steps to Reproduce
Turn on Flight then Fly. You will see it is glitching.
Expected Result
Smooth flight is expected and had no problems before last update.
Observed Result
rubberband effect. Not smooth.
