Hello,
I’ve been trying to render out a turn around where my camera travels around the scene. However, in the viewport and when I render, I get these annoying jittery and flashing material edges. I’ve played around with the Aliasing, bounds and even turned off the culling. However have no idea what it could be.
When the mesh has just a default grey material applied the flicker doesn’t happen, which leads me to believe it’s texture based.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as have been stuck for quite some time. I have attached a photo of the issue as well as the texture in use and as you can see just around the edges, odd flickering appears.
hello,
thanks for the quick reply!! I think I did everything you said, plugged a 1 into the roughness value. Im not using a post process volume, but plugged 0.0 into the intensity of the SSR in my cine camera and global post processing however still got the jitter.
If im disabling incorrectly im really sorry - still pretty much a beginner
thanks for the reply
Hello,
Just figured it out finally!!
It was the motion blur added on to the camera by default messing it up.
Thank you so much for your help anyway.
