flicker/moving camera issues? Light UE5

Hey everyone I have been trying to render the establishing shot for my short film and I have some minor, yet annoying issues with the main wall of the house here. (see the video)

There are some changes to the brightness and some flickering happening as the camera comes closer.

I’ve rendered it a few times and in the viewport, it’s not apparent. I am not sure what could be causing this and I thought it has something to do with distance culling/distance field or dynamic shadows but not sure what settings would be optimal to avoid this.
