Even lighting with top to down shadows

I want to recreate this lighting that Animal Crossing uses and I don’t know how to achieve this even lighting on all objects but still having a shadow cast on the bottom

A bigger light radius would create softer shadow, resulting a more diffused look.

I think what you’re saying is that the shadows in your unreal scene are very harsh/dark.

Boosting the intensity of the skylight should help even things out.
