Errors when compiling an empty project

I’ve never done anything in C++ before. I’ve reinstalled Visual Studio three times now, but I’m still getting the errors shown in the screenshot when compiling a completely empty, new project. Does anyone know why?

Make sure you have those enabled from Visual Studio Installer:

If nothing works out, i recommend going for the IDE Rider:

• Download Rider: JetBrains Toolbox App: Manage Your Tools with Ease

• Open your project, Editor Setting > Source Code: Rider Uproject

  

• From the editor > Tools > Add C++ class.

• Open Rider directly from the editor:
