EOS vs Steam for Console Multiplayer Games?

Found these two marketplace blueprint packs to assist in multiplayer development for Unreal, one for EOS and one for Steam. I wanted to buy one but because both of them are really expensive, I need to pick carefully. So which should I use for my project?

I plan on initially releasing the game on Steam but I want crossplay as a possible option in the future for future console ports.
