Im having lots of issues only to be able to break a prop in the game.
At first, when i started the new map, i was able to put for example a Asteria Birch Tree and break it (with the game started) without any problem.
But i dont know why, the next day that i connected again to the same map, i cant break the tree with my picaxe but also i cant break it with guns.
The Enviroment Damage is in All, the Structure Damage is in All, Picaxe Destruction is on Default and i didnt added any device, so it makes no sense that i cant break any prop.
The only thing “weird” that i did in this map, was to add textures from outside of the game to put it in some Blueprint Class that i made, but at first it was letting me break those props in the game without any problem… but the next day when i opened again the session it doesnt let me.
Please help me, this is making me lose lot of time.
Thanks for helping us out, yes we have activated “Can be Damaged” and also we activated “Allow Team Damage” but still, we cant break the props when starting the game.
Yeah, but the problem now is that i cant break any of all the props that i put in the Environment, not even a tree, a rock or anything i put into the map
It shouldn’t be related to your problem… but maybe it is ??
Blueprint Class has two main options, Building Prop or Building Static Mesh.
The texture material shouldn’t be an issue either.
Maybe do a test map to rule it out, make a new blank map, add a few items, play and break them, then redo the blueprint and texture, play and see if stuff breaks.
I tested again in a new map, and this building prop i cant break it without any problem, but this also happen in my other map, it started working properly and after opening the project again it started to fail
