Emissive working on one map but not the other

I have a menu map and a game map.

When using emissive materials in the game map it doesn’t glow yet the exact same material works perfectly in the menu map.

My first thought is that the lighting is conflicting with the glow, so I took them out and rebuilt the level to no avail (see the before and after screenshot above).

I do however have lighting on the menu map and it doesn’t conflict whatsoever.
