Elimination manager loot drop on Custom NPC doesnt work

Summary

Setting a custom NPC to drop loot set from a Elimination manager doesnt drop the loot indicated. (I d check the rest of the character settings because there could be more having issues with loot drops)

Steps to Reproduce

Place a custom NPC
Place an elimination manager
Set gold into its item slot and set it to drop after eliminating a custom NPC
Test and eliminate the custom NPC

Expected Result

Gold drops after elimination

Observed Result

Gold doesnt drop

Similar issue in this post, island settings has/had same issue, meant to be fixed in 37.10. Also stated the loot drop from an Elimination Manager fails from a standard player elimination.

Summary after the last update 37.00 the player stopped receiving health and gold as a reward after eliminating someone. Although these settings are clearly specified in the island settings.
