Down But Not Out (DBNO) Device — Custom settings don't work

I have a feeling that the reason DBNO device doesn’t work, because there are settings in «Island Settings» device in “Eliminations” tab that override DBNO device entirely.

I inverted teams in DBNO device, I disabled DBNO in «Island Settings» device, I tried everything, but DBNO device custom settings do not work.

You can still control DBNO device through Verse (you can use Down() function), but settings like: “Custom tenacity”, “Time to revive”, “Last Man Standing Mode”, etc. — do not work.

Down but not out issue

Summary Here are some issues with the “Down But Not Out” device: It doesn’t work in Last Man Standing Mode. A temporary fix is to set teams to none and invert team selection. It doesn’t properly put knocked players into the improved DBNO state, so they can’t interact with objects or drop items. This problem is affecting my map, and I hope it gets fixed soon.
