Dotted/ Hazy shadows on all edges in levels (4-26)

Hi,

I have an annoying rendering issue where when I start playing my project in VR preview or standalone all is fine until I try to interact (grab) any objects.

Then these ugly dotted shadows show up everywhere.

Any idea what the cause is?
It happens in 2 of my levels.
1 uses stationary lighting the other movable.

UE4.26
R7-5800X
16 GB RAM
RTX 2070

Thats a result from Screen space ambient occlusion (SSAO). You can go in the postprocess volume and play with the settngs for AO.
