Thank you!

The current bug reporting system needs a major upgrade, Fortnite is the biggest game in the world, with little to no support for creators when it comes to bugs and issues. Almost all devices in creative are broken and don’t work correctly, these bugs and issues have been posted hundreds if not thousands of times, and some of them have been issues for years. I’ve reached out multiple times to staff members and Fortnite support to try and get help on these matters, the staff members ignore issues brought by creators, they don’t help at all on the forums, this will be the downfall of creative, as I said Fortnite is the biggest game in the world, to not have an adequate staff for the creative community is insane, it’s time Fortnite creates a team dedicated to solving bugs and issues in creative for creators, a team that works and keeps live updates on the ongoing issues creators are facing. Currently creative is not unique and is filled with copy and pasted games this is due to the limits of creative and including all the bugs and issues it severely limits creative ten fold, this is a topic that needs to be addressed as soon as possible, the creative community does not want Fortnite to continue pumping out new content and UI changes when the core creative itself is ignored and broken. How can we get the ball rolling on building a team to work specifically with creators?

Thank you for the feedback. We’re looking for ways to make it better but we know we still have a lot of work to do. Please do keep upvoting issues so they get into our ticketing system.

Upvoting doesn’t help for a majority of Fortnite’s issues, the community doesn’t go through posts and look for similar issues to help support them generally, so 9/10 times upvoting is useless. I’ve seen countless posts with tons of upvotes and even answers from staff claiming it’s being worked on, when asking for updates staff completely ignores us and the issues continue. Most of the issues being reported over and over are core devices or game functions that have been going on for years and we can’t get a straight answer from anyone on the Fortnite team. So this system needs to be changed and fixed, Fortnite needs to have a team work closely with creators on our current issues and bugs affecting creative, giving us live updates and support where needed! This would be a great addition and help build a stronger future for Fortnite creative!

I’m not sure if I’m understanding. When I encounter a bug in UEFN I use the ‘report issue’ found under the Help menu which creates a new thread automatically in the process and reports the bug with a ref. number.

Should we NOT be doing that? Should we first search all of the previous posts to see if there is similar reports and then simply upvote those? or should we do both and report our own issue and upvote the previous ones?

The main issue I have is that many people describe similar issues in different ways so searching many times does not find any relevant results. Also, the process of searching can take a while as compared to just reporting our own bugs.
