Does a light with intensity set to 0 spends resourches?

I have this BP that has a light that turns to 0 intensity when player is not close, and I wanted to know if the light when set to 0 intensity still spends resources, if so how can i turn it off in realtime so it doesent spend resources?

I just tested it, and lights with 0 intensity take no rendering time. You can test that by pressing Ctrl + Shift + , and see the “Lights” section, to see how long each light in your scene takes to render
