Disable dynamic lights at distance

Hi there. I have a number of dynamic point lights in the scene- is there a way of disabling these lights when the camera reaches a certain distance away, to improve performance? Ideally I would like them to fade out. If they could be tied to a culling volume somehow that would be ideal.

Turns out UE4 actually does sort of do this by default. The settings are under Engine/rendering/culling.
